Womb Massage is a physical & emotional therapy which helps women with their Monthly Bleeding Cycles.
It has many benefits, which change from person to person (a great many!)
But what I truly feel is the essence behind why women find it so supportive, is because of the physical touch, love, time & conscious awareness which goes into their womb when they receive a womb massage.
Often we are extremely disconnected from our wombs & what they need, quite literally we've been taught to see them as an annoyance & inconvenience.
This results in a lot of women experiencing

& other discomforts & conditions. This is not normal (even though its so common nowadays - we've been conditioned into thinking it is so we are disempowered from this space of extreme knowledge & creative intuition).
Womb massage & therapy is key to healing our connection to our womb & women leave seeing significant changes to their monthly & emotional cycle.

Sessions
Usually sessions will be every month, but if I feel you need more hands on support we will arrange them more frequently.
Sessions will be 60 minutes long. We'll start the session with a catch up, here we'll talk about your current symptoms, if anything has changed & how you generally are. Afterwards we'll do bodywork ~ which includes womb massage, low back massage, body shaking & head/chest massage. ​

Self-Care
During our work together I will recommend home care activities to support you ~ such as Yoni Steaming, Castor Oil Packs, Womb Massage or Wrapping.
These Self-Care practices are just as important as our sessions together (if not more!). So please be aware that I will be asking you to carry on your healing at home (I recommend certain products to help with your home care which aren't included in our session price).
